Slow Food style cuisine: slow, creative, healthy and local:
Here you will be able to delight yourselves with a just made cuisine that will be slow, creative and, above all, without artificial ingredients! Our offer goes from some traditional dishes towards some exciting latest trends. All this will be prepared by Ángel in our kitchen, at the very same moment and with top quality ingredients.
As an example, we use Extra Virgin Olive oil from Secastilla, and in our salt shakers you will find just sea salt with some rice grains, instead of the “common salt” with its E-XX. Our bread is also made by Ángel with sourdough. We always prefer local products, as long as they meet our requirements to prepare dishes without artificial ingredients.
Reiner Eduard Huber introduces: The World of Wine
Reiner Eduard Huber is the person in charge of the wine cellar and the wine tastings. He and his peculiar way of understanding wine will be the ones directing this area.
Selection criteria:
“I select the wines for their excellent value for money and I give priority to the uniqueness of the wines and their origin from small family wineries or small companies.
As for the large wineries or wines with a large production, or in the hands of distribution groups by multinational companies, no matter how much recommended they are in publications, magazines, etc., I would recommend that you try the wines made by wineries, perhaps less well known, but of great quality such as a red wine made for us by SERS winneries in Cofita.
